Electric Odometer

Electric Odometer
Hey guys,

Sometimes when I start my truck, the odometer does not show up... not every time... I would say maybe 10% of the time.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? What causes it?

Very common problem. The ground on the connector to the speedo display cracks. There is a repair for it over in the electrical section. it will get worse.. I fixed mine takes a few hours...

i also fixed mine with the help of that thread. the hardest part was getting the cluster out
