Preventative Maint.

Hey all, well the truck is about to turn over 180k miles soon, and I want to do a little preventative maintenance. This will include new plugs, possibly COP's, a radiator flush with new fluid, oil and filter, possibly some injector cleaner, etc. BUT I have a few questions:

1. What kind of plugs? I have heard MotorCraft but what is the plug #?
2. Should I use anti-sieze on the new plugs?
3. Should I replace the COP's (never have) or just clean them up and put some new dielectric grease in the boots?

I just had to replace the Idler arm, upper control arms, ball joints, and tie-rod ends because they were worn out. That project is what is prompting me to do this tune-up. I also just replaced the IAC, and cleaned the throttle body. Any other suggestions welcomed. Hoping for 1,000,000 miles.

NO Anti-Sieze.

Yea, - a fresh set of OEM coills. GAMMA's @ Global Auto are OEM.

I would update or upgrade the injectors (type/design 3's) at this point. - Or at least have them sonic cleaned.

Good Luck

What's the difference in the injectors? Do the factory ones only have one litle outlet hole in them like the old 19#ers in my mustang? I will look into changing them out too, doesn't sound like a half bad idea. Thanks

Torque the plugs to 28 ft/lb to prevent blowout. Use SP479's.
