Rear window leak

I hear this is a common problem on our year model trucks. What needs to be done to fix it? Mine is leaking on the inside, and with two little boys riding in the back, this is not a good thing. Not to mention the mildew smell after a rain.

Mine starting leaking around that 3rd brake light and the plastic trim piece that it sits in. I got up there and was able to pull out almost all the weather stripping across the top. Luckily, It had looked like someone had tried to break into my slider. The grass was all scratched and looked like it had been pried on. I have glass coverage on my insurance...they came out, replaced the rear window, and bam, no more leaks.
