I'm looking for the fastener only (hinge side) for the extended cab vent windows. It looks like there is a molded piece with integrated nut that clips onto the window to receive the bolt from the inside. I even still have the bolt, but no nut side, and its causing a leak into the cab. I've been told that the only option is through Ford, and that whatever kit or set it comes in is $80 (Canadian).

anybody got a part number / name / source for the part more reasonable than $80!

dude, if you can pop the part and ship I'll gladly compensate reasonable amounts - it probably costs more to ship than the part costs from a yard.

I'm of the same frame of mind, its just tough here, most of the yards don't allow public access, and they would never pull that small a part for you.

(btw, it rained last night and I think that, despite what the glass guy said, this fastener is not the reason my carpets are getting wet - still need to fix this though!)
