finally got everything installed...

well, after running into a couple road blocks with not having the right part, i finally have my system installed. replaced the rear speakers and since everything was apart, i also installed my lightning 3rd brake light.

since the box was really for a 01-03 scab, i needed to notch out a little section where the sub was making contact (even with a seat lift)

still have some things to touch up & hide some more wires. i also want to figure something else out for the seat lift to make it more appealing to the eye.

Just fab up some sheet metal sleeves that go around the bolts and stuff. they you can weld them to the top plate, and paint them black to match the factory brakets.

ebx---did you build your own box? I believe the ones from SCS are downfiring boxes. I like your UP firing box!!! Nice build. Hopefully I'll get me a system next year---DirtySCREW

that's what i was thinking. although i dont have access to a welder or anything. i read somewhere on here that someone used sockets too. to kinda cover the bolts i guess.

Ive got the newer version of that snap on screw gun, the one with the variable clutch in it. Great tool, a little pricey tho.

Hide the wires for the kicker amp under the amp itself. Just dont screw through them.
