i found a really good deal on a used tonneau cover for a long bed and im thinking about buying it. i just dont know if it came off a single cab or an extended cab long bed. will it make a difference which one it was made for?

 

it shouldnt. i can swap the cover on my lightning & scab bed since they are flaresides. i would think the same applies to long beds.

 

Cab shouldn't matter just bed size

yep. it will be at least a week before the paint. ill try to get some pics up sunday. ive got work all day tomorrow, or else i would post them then.
