Subs
are you talking about the speakers in the door? or like aftermarket subs? if aftermarket, it depends on what type of box you want and where you want them, and how much you want to put into it,
didnt see the regular cab part earlier but id suggest making your own boxes with some slim subs. the subs will require less airspace and still sound good and you can make the box or boxes fit however you want.
if you want to go bigger you can always cut your center seat out and make two captains chairs and build the box into a center console.

You go pick up some of the 10" cvr's and make a box or two to go behind the seat. They sound really good, but you dont have room to put stuff back there after you put that box in there.

The manufacturer will specify a recomended volume required for the subwoofer enclosure, you should follow this as it will give you the best sound for your speaker. If you go to the rockford fosgate website they have a program online that helps you figure out dimensions/volumes of you enclosure.
