Color on Wheels

Hey guys, I picked up a set of King Ranch wheels for my 01 black Scab. I'm thinking about getting them powdercoated a color or two. I was thinking about bright silver on the face with a darker silver/grey/graphite on the sides..

What do you think would be a good look with these wheels on a black truck?

If they are the wheels I am thinking of, then they look similar to my wheels (see below). I think you should powder coat them all black, except for the center cap and post back with the results. That is what I'm wanting to do to mine anyway, just can't make up my mind.

Not the same wheels but you get the idea

I think if I were to do two differnt colors I would make them contrast not just differnt shades since most wheels are already that way.

Mad, those look good man. Did you paint them yourself? I think I'm gonna have to go ahead and do this soon.

If you post a pic of your truck, I might be able to help you out a bit. (Photoshop)

Yes I did, I bought the wheels painted them and then had my tires switched over. I used the how to posted on this site and used flat black and a flat clear.

I'm lookin at the King Ranch wheels - Black might be cool, maybe bright silver on the face and a darker shade on the sides..

What'd you think would look cool!

Any photoshops would be sweet!

That is one clean truck. I think it looks fine as is. I've always liked those type of OEM wheels. Truck is in great shape!
