Code PO 118 Help

Hey all! I am new to this site so bare with me. I spend most my free time on the Volvospeed site keeping my wifes car running.
CEL threw a PO118-High Temp coolant sensor. Anyone have any experience with this? The truck runs at the same temp it always has. I bought it new in 98 it has never overheated. Do I need a new temp sensor? If so where is it on the truck? Who has the parts hook up these days. I have not needed to spend any time on my truck as it has been a real work horse with no problems other than the usual wear items.
I will turn 175,000 miles tomorrow. I never thought it would run like it has!

Thanks in advance for the help.

Mark

What engine do you have? 4.2? 4.6? 5.4?
