i just threw a 3" body lift on my truck and want to put my bump guard back on. if need be buy a new one. just wonderin what others have done

 

You need to fabricate some brackets to raise the bumper guard 3 inches.

 

didnt your kit come with new brackets?

 

Go with what Wandell said. I have a 3" body lift and a brush guard on my truck. I welded a metal tab to the brush guard brackets to adjust for the body lift, and it sits in the correct position. If you or someone you know has a little metal work know how, it is an easy fix.

 

oh i misunderstood, i thought he was talking about his normal bumper,
