Talking No more tellin people to lock the door

So i just got done a little bit ago with installing my keyless entry kit with power locks and i love it. its so convenient now and will be so much easier than having to remind everyone that rides with me to lock the door since none of them have manual locks. I got a basic kit with lock actuators and keyless set-up and installed everything except the wires to the parking lights so far. everything works fine but im not sure where to or how i should wire in the parking lights to flash, (help is welcome also if there is a horn option)

If anyone else out there has manual locks and is wanting to do this i say go for it. it was the best 57 buck ive spent in a while. (thats shipped price and got here in about 5 days including a weekend) if you want to but have questions just ask as if there is interest i will do a write up on it.

also there are no pics since there isnt much to take a pic of but it did happen. hell i may do a video tomorrow to prove it haha

Haha. Sweet! Nice not having to do it manually huh?

Now you need to get the power mirrors Just wait till you have the pleasure of a window motor going out. Its really awesome if its on the drivers side, and makes drive thrus pretty interesting.

haha i bet that would suck. i have seen people at a drive thru before that open the door to yell out haha.

i think its funny that twice ive gotten pulled over and the cop has walked to the passenger side and wanted me to roll down the window. its kinda retarded if you ask me especially cuz both were in parking lots.

Hahaha yeah well sometimes you just have to make due. When you got to be somewhere and McDonald's just cant wait you have to go through with the door open... not saying that has ever happened to me. Hahah

Cops do some wierd things. Maybe he thought you were a crazy college kid that was going was hiding something? I have no idea. I have only had one run in with the police that got me a ticket for 13 over haha. Radar detector-friendly ever since, and it has saved my butt many times.

Dont you have really dark tail lights? How in the heck are you not getting caught for that? I guess police dont care in your area or what? In san antonio I see blacked out tail lights on ALOT of cars, but I know the second that I do it I will get a ticket.

i get pulled over atleast twice a month...most of the time for no reason. apparently i look suspicious or something. My tails are black, yes, but technically they should be legal because i pulled the lense off and painted the inside of the housing so it didnt affect the light output, however i got a ticket in July from some A-Hole state trooper that i just found out today is gonna cost $197. Im going to try to fight it.

Thats alot. Probably because the truck is all blacked out. I dont know. So you have not gotten a ticket for the tailights? Should I be okay with a couple coats of niteshades? I see tinted tails everyday, but I know the day I do it I will get pulled over.
