03 frame 95 cab could it be done?

hows it going everyone? I'm sure i asked this question once before and never fallowed up on it because the guy i was getting a 02 frame from ended up pulling out of the deal and sold it to someone else. I like the a-arm design over the i-beams and I'm looking in to building a pre-runner and i was wondering if its possible to put a early 90's cab on a 2000ish frame? this frame inst a sure thing tho but this time i would like to know if it can be done like do the early 90's body mounts bolt up to the 2000ish frames? could anyone help me on this i would like to know what I'm getting myself in to before i got out and get everything because if its going to be tuff i might just change my mind

Thanks
Mike

Change your mind!!! I think your looking at alot of work to be done correctly and safely. Save your pennies and hope Ford will build a Pre Runner out of the Raptor. (Dont hold your breath)

if your building a pre-runner why are you trying to use the stock suspension??????

wound't it be safer and stronger to build arms onto your '95 frame that way you don't have the title issues either

all very good points guys thanks. well i wanted to get a H and M long travel a-arm kits for it and it would give the truck 17in of travel in the front. after reading your posts i think I'm going to think of something else to build and yeah the raptor is a really nice truck but i don't have 40k plus for a truck i was thinking 15k including the truck seeing how i was planing on doing all the work. thanks for the advice guys but now i really have to think and see what i want to build.

Thanks
Mike

I would just build a custom frame, the 97-03 frames arent that strong, and really arent setup for jumping

but just so you know anything is possible. I have a buddy that has a 1963 F100 (unibody) body on his 2000 V6 frame. he shortened the wheelbase by 16"

As long as you know how to measure, cut, and weld correctly you can knock it out
