OEM Bed extender templete

Bought a used one off Craigslist. My 150 doesn't have the holes. Anyone got a templete or can tell me the measurement from the bed to the holes?
Thanks!

both sides measured out the same, who would have guessed?

18 3/8" From Bottom lip of the bed rail
14 7/16" to top hole center
8 13/16" to center of swivel mount
3 1/8" to lower hole center

Only thing i didnt do is the math to make sure the measurements upper and lower holes are equal distance from the swivel.

Measuring up from the bed, 18 3/8" to the bottom of the bed rail.
14 7/16" to top hole center from the bed
8 13/16" to center of swivel mount from the bed
3 1/8" to lower hole center from the bed
I will take pics. I don't know if I will get around to it this week but feel much more confident measuring things out.
