I'm a n00b

Greetings!

I have a 1997 F150 Supercab. 4.6 Triton, K & N air filter, SI/DO 40 series Flowmaster, and a few other little things.

Plan on adding cowl hood, billet grill, projector lights, and a leveling kit soon.

I am fairly new to the Ford family. What are some things I can do to pep this 4.6 up a bit? I don't want to "hot rod" it, just want a little more power when I push the loud pedal.

time for e-fans and a custom tuned tuner, maybe some gears and for sure a shift kit (if you've got an auto)

that's a nice theme you've got going on and I'm hoping that you're not planning on "blacking it out" are you????

I am going to level the rear end and call it done, other than some other mods, paint, and wheels.

a 2" drop shackle kit should level the rear.

if i was you i would stay away from projector headlights. go with some harley or lightning style ones

if you want some more performance, get a tune and an intake

hey man welcome. nice truck

i agree with the lightning headlights ive got them on mine and you can see what they look like since we have the same truck essentially. also agree with the intake mod, i did the gotts mod and i gained almost 1 mpg and can feel the extra power.
