I bought mine a few years ago from Mike Noble @ Riverside Parts Distribution Center which is a Ford OEM/Racing parts center. You can reach Mike @ 1-877-839-5902. Mike is also on NHTOC/NLOC. I paid $275 shipped to my front door(It also included the grille/headlight surround pictured below-which I needed since mine was damaged)

EDIT: I have the '02-'03 grille







You may also want to keep an eye out on EBAY for them

Found mine on FTW for 75 bucks. Got it painted for another 100.

I think PJ got the 01 grille, pretty much just like the STX grille with the thin bars, not the oh-so-expensive '03 grilles.
