Exclamation '97 4.2 Liter, engine is missing

My '97 F150 is missing, i've changed the plugs, wires, coils, and the fuel filter, any ideas? It only has 84,000 miles. Its driving me nuts.

Did you use Motorcraft plugs, wires, and coil - and did you use dielectric grease in the wire boots at each end? Have you checked the PCM for codes? Has it been using any coolant?

The PCM codes just said 'misfire' but we are going to replace the spark plugs with motocraft spark plugs and everything else was motocraft. I'll let you know if that works. Thanks.

I have had to replace the cam position sensor on one before.
You may want to check that out.

What were the EXACT codes? We need the "P" numbers, please.

Just because it fires like that doesn't mean it's going to fire in a cylinder under combustion pressure.

Has it been using any coolant?
VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION. The 97's had weak intake manifold gaskets.

Compression test

GLC,
Hasn't been using any coolant, but i did a running compression test on #3 at idle and it read 130, any clue how normal this is? i did a search for it but couldn't come up with anything.
