I have a 98 4.6L F-150 and I was wondering if I were to crank the torsion bars up in the front and change out the leaf springs to a heavy duty set (adding some lift) if I could fit the RANCHO RS9000XL (9-POSITION ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS). Any body have any thoughts or experience on this?

 

That would have no affect on what shocks you run. You can run any aftermarket shock you wish.

 

but don't those shocks only fit lifted trucks?

 

No they have ones for stock trucks too
