Part # F65B-15043B13-AF JASF

I got this from ebay, nice airbag for take out but won't work with my 1999 F 150. There is a partial VIN as well, can anyone help me determine what this will fit/plug into so I can try to resell this with the knowledge I know what it fits so I can feel good when I sell it. I did get another bag from ebay for my truck and it needs a new center emblem, already ordered. Thanks in advance.

 

Is it a driver's or pass bag? Can you post a pic, could probably tell what it fits from that.

 

It fits a 97-99 Expy and a 98-99 Navi.
