Bought what was suppose to be a cluster out of a 1997/1998 Lincoln Navigator, turns out it is for an Explorer and was wondering how tough it will be to adapt the wiring from F150 into working Explorer. It's all analog and haven't looked at the F150 cluster in my truck but am pretty sure the clips are different. Any one have any helpful advice?

 

Don't think it will work Does the size even match up? Exploders are Ranger size.

 

Ya size wise it looks about right, haven't set it in place yet to see... too bad I like the look of it better than the gawdy f150 style. I am sure it CAN be done, but to how much of a modification would I need to go. Starting to wonder if I should just tackle it and post it as I go, as no other interest has popped up yet lol just kidding.
