Tips or no tips? rear cats?

I am currently deciding on whether to run tips out the back of my truck or dump it when I do true duals. I am either going to cut out the rear cats or get high flows. If I can cut out the rears without a CEL, then I will do that instead of paying extra. I cannot get a CEL. So with that being said, would dumping both pipes over the axle look better or would tips out the back at 45's look better? I need honest opinions guys. Thanks in advance.

Dumping can cause exhaust to get sucked into the cab. It can also cause you to fail an emissions test if they use a sniffer instead of just a OBD2 readout.
