Windshield Wipers QUIT WORKING?!?!?

I just got a 99 f150 the other day.. Everything works fine, it was raining so I had the windshield wipers on. I turned them off when it quit raining. But I went to pass a semi, and the spray from the truck got on my windshield so I turned the wipers on.. And they will NOT come on anymore.. Everything else in the truck works fine, even the washer fluid sprayer... Any idea? All fuses are good.. Under dash and under the hood....

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Its probably the wiper motor. Look under the hood and check the microchip under the cover of the motor...it might be loose. The same thing happens to my dads GMC but he just bangs on the wiper motor and it works lol.

If the washer pump works, the fuse is okay. It uses the same fuse as the wiper motor - #11 inside. However, check relays #202 and #209 under the hood.

Well I checked every fuse was good, relay was good. I had power to the plug going to the wiper motor when i turned the wiper switch on, so I went to the junkyard and got another wiper motor for 17 bucks with lifetime warranty so if it goes bad i can go there get another or get store credit..

So I switched the motors and they work perfect now..

Im not sure why the old wiper motor just all of a sudden took a ***** on me
