Weird ringing from passenger side...

Since I bought my truck I have always had this weird, whine-like ringing that comes from that passenger wheel well that only starts when im going 45 mph or faster, and only when there is no one in front of me. Speed though doesn't affect the pace of the ringing or how loud it is.. it jus randomly changes.. some times long drawn out rings that are loud.. other times short whiny rings that are quiet.. almot like when you rub your finger around the edge of whine glass when its wet with different amounts of water in it.

Anyone have any idea what this is and how I can fix it?
Thanks

Since you can't pin point where it's coming from exactly. - Check your PCV valve first. If it's not a Motorcraft, the after markets (Frams the worst) make restricting replacements and they can make strange noises at certain loads and RPM's.

Could be the tire or the brake as well.
