01 Ford f150 Belt

I have a 2001 ford f150 with the 5.4 with alittle over 77,000 miles. I'm wonderin when I should change it just for maintains reason. The belt doesn't look bad. Which kind should I get and where can I get it??

At that age and mileage, change it. It's cheap maintenance.
