fan clutch
I have noticed lately when my truck is running the cooling fan kicks in and out about every 20 seconds. is this normal are should i replace the fan clutch? my truck is a 97 f150 4.6 140,000 miles...thanks

I bet this coincides with when the A/C compressor engages while the heat is on. It is normal, however. It is a viscous coupling and is supposed to work that way. Turn off the heat and see what happens.
