Anyone Bored with photoshop?
I want to paint these rims black and if anyone could photoshop them for me I would appreciate it.

Also what would be the best paint? I was thinking for the rough looking non shiny black.

what kinda paint would you use on those? i cant afford powdercoat and my rims are beyond being shiny again
