changed coolant temperature sensor now runs rough

2000 f-150.... just changed coolant temperature sensor because guage wasn't working. now guage works but runs like crap especially when you accellerate... need help bad

make sure you didnt get water on or near the coils that will caus eit to skip

might also want to try a differnt cooling temp sensor might have got a bad one out of the box

i just had it checked out... service light came on... turns ouy it got a 3505 code ( number 5 misfiring )
