Just wanted to say hello.. I have read enough threads here, I finally said these fella's are allright I believe I'll join..

I got an ole 1998 f150 white xlt 4.6 with 206000mi...paid for and runs really good for a 4.6, I have a couple of goodies on it but that's it. It tows, runs good and looks allright for 206000mi..

Anyway just saying hello and I will be hanging with the 97-03 brothers!!

Well, I got a few things on her..She has a JLT performance cold air intake, Dynamax si/do with chrome rolled tips, a superchip programmer (I know alot of guys don't like them but believe me it has paid for itself big time) its set on performance towing.. heavy coil overload shocks w/ 5000lb overload helper springs and 265/75/16 LT Dominator tires...I don't tow all the time but occasionally I pull an 18ft trailer with a L3010 Kubota tractor w/a loader and shredder..I hated the way it sagged in the rear towing before I added the suspension..It tows real good now...

Also Patman, I'm about 210mi north of you brother in good ole Abilene town!!

 

cool cool, im originally from Dallas area, and spent a couple years in Waco at school, and seemed to have kept my pattern of heading south and ended up in Austin
