My 2001 F150 Triton will not engage in 4 x 4 high or Low, I am able to get the floor shifter into 4 hi and 4 Low and both lights come But it does not engage any help will be great

I'd look and make sure you don't have a bad half shaft up front. If one is broken, that side will just spin and not send any power to the wheel with a good one. So it could still be engaging but you may not know it. Also, have someone move it slowly with the 4x4 engaged and look underneath and see if the front driveshaft is spinning. If it's not, then it's most likely a problem with the transfer case.
