I am considering an '01 supercrew, but have a couple of concerns. To get it, we may trade a minivan. We have 3 kids 1, 3, and 5. All are in car seats. The issue: I traded my '02 supercab because it was so cramped with the seats. It had the passenger airbag off/on switch. The supercrew does not. I understand the reason, it has a full size passenger area in the rear and that is best for the kids. However, I know we will have problems from time to time with 3 shoulder to shoulder. I would like to have the option of moving one up front like in the supercab. Is it possible to install an airbag switch from another truck in the supercrew?
