Hi-Lift Jack
i have had one mounted to the toolbox, the inside of the bed (cut out the bedliner so it fits in and semi- out of the weather.)
But i do not have pictures of this. These werent mounted on my F150 they were on my Ranger. I had one bolted to the back door of my Bronco II at one time
I got rid of those vehicles and through the Hilift in my toolbox and it came up missing.

They have a attachment that picks up at the wheels without scratching them, I seen people use the front tow hooks and even turned a drop hitch upside down and use it. But the one that picks up at the wheel would be the safest
