slight misfire/shutter at idle

well, i have a 97 5.4L with 114k on the clock. great truck, drives great. i had a bad misfire a while ago (MIL came on) ended up changing the plugs & one COP. that was probably around 90k.

now i noticed at idle i can sometimes feel a shutter/shake. it's not bad at all and it doesnt happen all the time from what i can feel. no MIL and it feel normal while on the throttle. i can only feel this sometimes when at idle.

you guys got any pointers on what i should check? im very paranoid about having one of my plugs shoot out, as i have been reading about that more and more lately. could this be a symptom of that dreaded problem?

I've had one COP changed before and it fixed it shaking on me when i try to accelerate and just being rough all the time. And i'm about to have them all changed because its getting pretty rough again.

also maybe cleaning your throttle body could help the rough idling.
