97 ford 150 gem fuse

97 ford 150 gem fuse
I have a 97 ford 150 4.6 that keeps blowing the gem/ctm fuse, does anybody know where this is located and what's its function ?

How can you know which fuse is blowing without knowing where it's at?

By looking in the manual it says that the #15 fuse in the cabin fuse panel , which is the one that is blowing is labeled as the gem/ctm fuse.
