bucket seats

Hey everyone...new to forum..bought a 2003 f150 xlt/xtr 4x4 4.6 ltr...low klicks..runs great..very nice shape...finding at a full stop in gear the seat backs vibrate in the lumbar area..not real bad but there..rpm at 650 in gear and 700 in the nutural/park..runs smooth other wise..was wondering if this is common and if there are any quick fixes..thinkin its the seat picking up motor vibration..everything seems tight and up to snuff..maybe beeing picky here but would like to fix if possible..anyone have this on ther rigs..Thankyou much.

you need to pull the covers off the seats, and grease the lumbars. do a thread search, the procedure has been covered. you can pull the covers back enough with the seats still in the truck.

Greased the lumbars...also put some rubber type foam 1/2 inch thick infront of lumbar between foam and lumbar..grease is good but i had no noise..just vibrations..foam helped and made seat less rounded on the lumbar..im very happy with the truck..everything else is good..just the seat backs vibrating at a full stop in gear..will try other things as far as seats..may get idle bumped up a few hundred..seems to disapear above the 650 range..thanks for the advise.
