i start the truck and it starts to beep and will not stop for about a min or 2.
Sometimes i drive down the road and i hear it. its random. i have a 00 f150 harley

 

They are not random.

Probably, it's a 5 X 5 signal that your airbag warning light is burned out and that there is also a fault in the airbag system.

Does the airbag light come on during bulb proveout at startup?

no where is that bulb at and what do i have to do to replace it

If there is a fault in the airbag system, you should have a professional look at it. Airbags are not things that someone who is not a trained technician should be messing with. You can replace the bulb if you are capable of dealing with the cluster, but that's about all you should attempt to do yourself.
