Back Again

It's been awhile, but I am back. When I was here last, my truck was a year old. It's a 2000 F150 Lariat Extended Cab 4x4. It had less than 20K miles on it, now it has 72k and still running strong. I can't remember what my handle was, so I am starting new.

Anyhow, glad to see the forums still up and active. Will be updating my profile and adding a few pics but for now, just saying hello.

Take care.
Al

Al, I'll use your thread to re-introduce myself too, if you don't mind. I had a 2000 F150, signed on here when there was less than 3000 members. Traded it in in 2004, now I'm back with a 99 F150. Funny to read posts I made almost 9 years ago. I couldn't remember my old email address, so I had to start over again also. Wish I still had my original truck. I miss my captain's chairs, no door crack, and knowing every mile the truck had driven. I found a 99 with 93K miles that suits my needs fine right now. I'll post pictures of my "new" F150 soon. Have a good one, Jim

Hey Jim, welcome back.

I am in the process of buying a travel trailer. This truck has never pulled anything other than a 4x8 utility trailer. I drained the transmission this afternoon and am doing the engine tomorrow. A few other maintenance things to work and I'll be ready to take the trailer on her maiden voyage. Not too far about 53 miles with a pretty good grade to pull. She's got 78k, runs strong. I'll be posting some pics as well.

Are you buying new? Sweet!

Take care,
Al
