You don’t need a pilot’s license to fly a ROUSH Raptor, but it’s a good idea to take a few offroading lessons so you don’t accidentally slay your own beast.
ROUSH Performance announced a partnership with Rally Ready Driving School this week to offer 2019-2020 ROUSH Raptor owners a free track day with instruction. Held at the school’s 140-acre Rally Ranch training facility in Dale, Texas, ROUSH Raptor owners will receive instruction from an experienced driving instructor for a one-of-a-kind off-road experience.
Owners of 2019-2020 ROUSH Raptors can maximize the performance truck’s potential and sharpen their skills with a day of guided instruction on Rally Ready Driving School’s challenging off-road course. Filled with sharp turns and jumps, it will put drivers’ skills to the test while showcasing the capability of the ROUSH Raptor’s off-road-ready suspension, brakes, and tire setup in an environment where it performs best.
“What these trucks are capable of in every form is incredible,” said Rally Ready Driving School owner Dave Carapetyan. “When you take the engineering prowess of a company like ROUSH and apply it to the Ford Raptor, it makes the ROUSH Raptor absolutely unbelievable.”
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and provide the VIN number and model year of their ROUSH Raptor for validation. The offer is only valid for use during the 2020 calendar year and is subject to scheduling constraints with the Rally Ready Driving School.
The offer covers the cost of the track day only; all other expenses such as food, lodging, and travel are the participants’ responsibility. Those attending the track day events accept the inherent risks that accompany participation, such as risk of damage to the vehicle and injury to the driver.
