Sutton Bespoke Right Hand Conversion F-150 Raptor

Right-hand-drive conversion and variety of upgrades available from Sutton Bespoke.

The Ford F-150 Raptor is one of the most sought after pickups in the US. Unfortunately for those in the U.K., there hasn’t been a way to get the truck in a right-hand-drive (RHD) model. Well, that is until now. U.K. residents with enough money and desire have the option to buy the Raptor and then pay car-styling company Sutton Bespoke convert the truck for RHD.

According to PaulTan.org, for a cool £36,000 ($45,021) on top of the Raptor’s £78,000 ($97,476) asking price, U.K. residents will now be able to drive a specially made version of the popular truck. The Raptor, itself, is not a new model for the UK market and shares the same specs that American buyers have access to, with a 3.5 liter, EcoBoost turbocharged V6 engine with 450 HP and automatic 10 speed transmission. The U.K. version of the Raptor comes in two styles, one SuperCrew model with full-sized rear doors and a two-door SuperCab model with rearward aft opening doors.

Sutton Bespoke takes a lot of care in converting the Raptor. Utilizing precision-sculpted molds of the interior, the company then creates a mirrored version of the dashboard and steering assembly. While the conversion doesn’t add any new features to the truck, buyers will have the options for a variety of upgrades including heated seats, dual climate control, cameras, moonroof, and a trailer package. For those looking to upgrade under the hood, Sutton Bespoke also offers a performance kit for the engine, bringing the output to over 590 BHP.

Ultimately, with the cost of the conversion, and the rarity of the truck, U.K. residents can’t expect to see very many of these on the roads. However, for those U.K. truck enthusiasts looking to stand out with one of the most attractive trucks on the market, there’s a new option around that’s sure to draw looks.
