Rolling Deep: Ford F-150 King Ranch Line-Up for 2015

The XL, XLT, and Lariat are all engineered mostly for work. However, the King Ranch and Platinum are designed with comfort in mind.

The base King Ranch with appearance Equipment Group Luxury 601A offers exterior features such as chrome three-bar grille and surround, chrome front bumper insert, and Caribou front bumper end caps, grille mesh inserts, and rear bumper.

Wheel lip moldings on Caribou are also added, while the door handles and bezels are body-colored. There are also powered running boards and a tailgate step with lift assist.

The King Ranch Chrome with Appearance Package (86K) is decked out in chrome. The grille, surround, and mesh inserts are all chromed.

Both the front and rear bumpers are also chromed and have Caribou accents. The mirror caps and door handles are also chromed.

There’s also a big satin aluminum insert in the tailgate. The Chrome changes the base King Ranch’s 20-inch machined aluminum wheels to “chrome-like” 20-inch PVD wheels.

The King Ranch Monochromatic Exterior Package (61M) tones down the chrome a bit. The three-bar grille and surround get a satin finish and chrome accents and bright mesh insert.

The wheel lip moldings are changed to match the body color. The lower body belt molding is also changed from Caribou to body color.
