Ah, the Lightning. Ford’s sport truck. I mean, we have the Tremor now, but that’s hardly what I’d call a sports truck. It can handle itself pretty well with a tune, sure, but I don’t think it’ll be as easy to wring big power out of the Ecoboost as it was with the Lightning’s V8. I mean, the Lightning had 380 horsepower by 2001. Ford. Step your game up.
In honor of that improbably fast little truck, I decided to share this video of a bunch of Lightnings on the track doing what they do best. Some are stock, but most of them aren’t.
