Brand loyalty can come about for a number of reasons. Maybe your family was Ford fans from the start. Maybe you rode in one one day and had a good experience. Maybe you had a bad experience in a Chevy or Ram. Who knows? But for Ford to have such a dedicated user base has to say something about the quality of the trucks they make. It wouldn’t be the best selling truck in America if they were junk, no matter how loyal their customers are. I think it has to do with the fact that truck people tend to look at their trucks more like tools.
To that end, the Ford truck has done it’s job admirably and reliably since forever. That might be why people love them so much.
