Well, I have a task at hand I want to do. I'm getting a set of the factory 17" x 7.5" aluminum sawtooth wheels. I want to strip the clear coat and repaint the holes a different color. How can I safely strip the clear coat off of these wheels? I already know I will have to repolish them, and I have a friend that paints, so I can get them clear coated again for nothing. Just looking for help to strip off the existing clear.
