Question clunking noise

Had new brake shoes (NAPA) put on a couple of weeks ago. Seemed okay until I washed my Bronco. put it in gear to back out of the driveway and and sounded like the shoes made a clunking sound. Only made the sound once, until I drove in a light rain. Parked the Bronco. When I moved it again, same sound, but only once and it stopped. Never makes the clunking sound when it is dry. Gonna take it back to the shop that did the work, but wanted some ideas what may be happening before I talk to the mechanic. Appreciate any info.

Sounds like something isn't lubed or adjusted right, causing the shoes to stick. It's not dangerous, just annoying but i would have them take a look.
