Everyone....Speed question??

My original tires were the 235/70-16. I went with the Good Year Eagle #1 since I wanted a wider tire, but wanted to keep the same overall height. The GY's are 255/65-16. They are S rated tires (112 mph) and are rated at 2028 lbs max load according to Good Year's website. Unfortunately, since they are performance tires, there is no mileage warranty.
This is about the only thing in a performance tire that I could find that would fit on stock rims without throwing off the speedo. If your original tires are the 255/70-16, then there is a 1 inch difference in the overall tire height. Your speedo would be about 2 mph off at 60....
