Honest Opinion

I am looking at a set of 20's for my Expy. I had my heart set on a set of MKW MK9's until I heard that they were "cheap" Does anyone else have an opinion on MKW Rims? (I'm really new to this subject, I'm an ace when it comes to audio/visual components)
