Unhappy please help,brake chirp!

i recently put all new brakes on my 98-f-150 and purchased everything from ford. i replaced pads, shoes ,rotors, and drums because i had a small vibration. well, that took car of my vibration but i now have an annoying chirp that sounds as if it is coming from thr rear. it only does it at about 20 mph and down when you slightly apply the brakes. i have tried resurfacing the pads with sandpaper ,like ford told me. and i also had the new drums turned. still, the chirp! could the ford pads possibly be defective? i also tried snuging the brakes and then loosening them, still ,thechirp. pleae help, this is driving me nuts.
thanks

Did you lube the backing plate bosses when you did the rear brakes? If you did then i can't think of much else that can cause it with all new brakes, maybe they need a few miled to break in?

how do you lube the backing plate bosses? this isn't one of my areas, but this sounds like my problem, and i don't want to do it wrong.
