quick review on Hawk LTS pads

I had Hawk LTS pads installed for about 2 wks now and I must say this thing is 100% better than OEM (than again anything is better than OEM). I had two major issues like most of you; brake dust and noise during braking. Both are gone now and love the way this is brakes. Next spring, I am planning on getting some new rotors.

Why did yoiu choose the LTS over the HPS? I ask because I am thinking of changing the pads to Hawk and most people are using the HPS pads. I will be towing so I am leaning more to the LTS.

Just go to HawkPerformance.com.
it will explain all and help you find the [U]correct[U] pads.
The HPS are an all application pad the LTS is for light trucks. More wieght, more pad.
I've used both and the HPS start squeeling at half pad (thus the HPS monicur, high pitched squeel).
The LTS go alot further with alot less dust.
It is very important that you follow the 'bedding' instructions to a T.
Also have your rotors turned. Nothing like ruining a 60 buck set of pads on glazed rotors.
