Figuring Gas Miles with large rubber

I have been trying to figure out my gas mileage but have been having trouble.
Does anyone know how far off my odometer would be off with 35' tires from stock?

the easiest way is to borrow a GPS unit to see what your actual speed is this will give you a acurate reading, good luck
