I have a 2003 F150 Regular Cab Short Bed with a Performance Accessory Body Lift. I also had additional panels installed in the wheel wells for a better look.

I am considering a suspension lift as well (already posted questions in the area), but if I decide not to get a suspension lift,,,,what size wheels would look best ( and will fit) for the 3 inch body lifted truck?

Once I understand the wheel options, I will look for tires - Probably Bridgestone Duelers Revo (based on what I have read so far).

Is the truck a 4x4 or 4x2? If it's a 4x4, you can fit 35x12.50's on 10 inch wide wheels. However, if you tow a lot or haul heavy loads, or have 3.55 gears you may want to go with 33x12.50's on a 10 inch wide wheel.

 

It is a 4x2....the tires you suggested,,,,what wheels would be needed? do I use the existing stock wheels,,,or upgrade to larger wheels and larger tires.

Guess my badly worded question is: What is the largest size wheels and tires could I get away with if I have only had a 3 inch body lift?

 

A 285/75-16(33x11.50) or 305/70-16(33x12.50) would look good on a 16x8 or 16x10 inch wheel. If you plan on a suspension lift in the future, I'd go with 8 inch wide wheels because 4x2 suspension lift increase the front track width and make 10 inch wide wheels stick out too far.
