I have a 2003 F-150 FX4 and purchased a set of Sure Grip Super Z LT Class S rated chains. When I went to install them I noticed they rubbed against the parking brake cable on the drivers side. The cable looks like it is about a 1.5" inches from the inside of the tire.

Has anyone mounted chains on an FX4? What brand? Or did you do something special to get them to not rub? Any suggestions?
