Hello there. Just really detailed the wheels since the new tires were put on and noticed where the two holes for removing the center cap are.......there are not one...but TWO deep dent/gouges in my stock chrome rims. How far would you all take this? Anyone off the top of their head know what these cost? Should I ask them to get new ones or just "warranty" these as they are sure to rust? Advice from the masters please.....

OH...by the way, each rim has the same gouges the same distance apart.

 

Go back and talk to the manager. They should replace them or at least fix them.

 

Yeah if they are all like that it is gonna be hard to deny, the pads on their equipment that should keep that from happening must be worn out, or they don't know wth they are doing.

 

I'd be PO'd! I'd go by and get a price from Ford and take it with me.

 

Hello everone.....update. discount, no questions asked states that they will replace my wheels.

He then showed me how cheaply they were built. Steel with a chrome cover? Wow. Thanks ford.
